This 2-day course, usually at an hotel, focuses on providing children with the knowledge and skills of synthetic phonics, enabling them to move on quickly to independent reading and writing.
Courses, including Effective Phonics and Foundation Stage Literacy, can be delivered in school; small schools may combine for courses. Specific advice and consultancy work can also be provided.
